• Properties within 10 km of Epping NSW receive a discount of $30, reducing the Call Out fee to $45.
• Properties in excess of 35 km from Epping will be charged at a per kilometre rate.
• The Call Out fee is automatically calculated during the online booking process.
• The Call Out fee is applied each time the site is visited.

• If paid car parking is required this cost will be passed on to the customer.
• Multiple services can be booked per Call Out.

Retouching Turning on lights with dead light bulbs, decluttering, and the like starts at $10 per photo. Quote available on request.

Staff Portraits $90 for the first staff member. Each staff portrait, or photograph, thereafter is $35.

Terms of Service

1. All bookings will be confirmed by Nathan James Photography and Videography, prior to attending appointment.
2. New clients will be required to pay pro forma invoicing.
3. All products and services will be delivered with in the time frame as outlined in the Pricing and Terms (above).
4. Delivery times do not include weekends or public holidays.
5. Any additional fees will be advised to you before the undertaking any services.
6. If paid car parking is required this cost will be passed on to the customer.
7. All fees for service are inclusive of GST.
8. It is at the responsibility of you (our client), as your client representative to advise your clients of appropriate appointment times.
9. Images will be supplied in low-res and/or watermarked, until full payment itemised on the invoice has been made at which time the high-res images without a watermark will be released.
10. Cancellations of a Package of less than 48 hours will result in the Call Out fee being forfeit to us and at our discretion another Call Out fee will be charged, as if it were a new scheduled Package price, if the Package is rescheduled.
11. Cancellation of less than 3 hours from the job start time will result in 50% of the total scheduled package price being charged as a late cancellation fee.
12. If a property is unattended at arrival in which access is not possible, a cancellation fee will be charged at 50% of the total booked value.
13. A late fee of $15 every 15 minutes or part thereof will be charged if the property is unattended or if we are unable to start the work. At our discretion we may consider this a cancellation and charge 50% of the total scheduled package price being charged as a late cancellation fee.
14. All Packages guaranteed to be to your complete satisfaction. If you do not accept the work is of a satisfactory quality you will be refunded all but the Call Out fee.
15. Payment in full will be see of acceptance by you that the work done is of satisfactory quality. Once final images are delivered there will be no refund based on the Package not being completed as of satisfactory quality.
16. Payment in full must be made before the final images are delivered unless otherwise agreed in advance.
17. Payment must be made in accordance to the terms set out on the invoice particulars.
18. Nathan James Photography and Videography, retain the right to use any and all content created by us during the provision of services, for the purposes of promotion of Nathan James Photography and Videography, and as part of Nathan Hallifax’s portfolio. The purposes of promotion include the right to display in all print and online media platforms owned and controlled by Nathan James Photography and Videography and/or Nathan Hallifax. At your request, as the customer, we will refrain from using the images for the aforementioned purpose for up to 90 days.
19. You (the paying customer) are granted a single irrevocable, royalty free license to use any and all visual content created by us during the provision of services, upon payment in full, in all media throughout Australia and International for any purpose. Only you (the paying customer) can transfer the right to use the media supplied by us (Nathan James Photography and Video).
20. For audio content supplied by us as part of the End Product that is, or includes, an Audio Item, you are granted a license to use the Audio Item on a non-exclusive, commercial, worldwide and revocable basis, for one Single Use. This Single Use is the use as part of the, content created by us during the provision of services, End Product (requiring an application of skill and effort). The End Product consists of a sync of the content created by us, during the provision of services, audio-visual or audio-only work, that incorporates the Audio Item as well as other things, so that it is larger in scope and different in nature than the Audio Item alone.
21. You agree to inspect all services and/ or products and notify us of any defects within 5 working days of the creation of the services and/ or products, failing which we will have no liability for any defects.
22. You have read and agree to our Copyright notice.
